Bylaws


Criteria for Membership:

• School must be private

• School must have at least 80% of undergraduate course offerings at the Bachelor’s level or above

• School must have its main campus in Northeastern Pennsylvania

• School must submit $500.00 as a one-time membership (non-refundable)

• School must submit an electronic list of employer contacts

• School must be an active participant in NPEC initiatives, activities and meetings


Officers:
Three officer positions exist within the consortium: President, Secretary and Treasurer. Each appointed office is held for a two-year term.


President: • Responsible for convening meetings • Establishing job fair / event timelines

Treasurer: • Responsible for maintaining NPEC accounts; collecting fees; paying costs associated with consortium activities. • Convene meetings in absence of President.

Secretary: • Responsible for maintaining records of consortium meetings.
