Through collaboration of higher education career professionals, the Northeast Pennsylvania Employment Consortium (NPEC) strives to provide professional development opportunities throughout the region.

NPEC is the only employment consortium in Northeastern Pennsylvania focused on providing resources designed to support professional development activities while also encouraging higher education collaboration with industry. We leverage the resources, expertise and experience of six higher education career offices (Keystone College, King’s College, Marywood University, Misericordia University, The University of Scranton and Wilkes University) to best serve our students and community.
